Richard Lyon Posted April 17 Report Share Posted April 17 I've paid this firm for the product. It doesn't work - it refuses to sync folders below a depth of 3 levels. When I enter the license ID in the support request form, it says it's invalid and refuses to submit the form. Is there any other way of contacting them? Are you sure you were at the correct support site for correct software? Where did you get your "license ID"?
