Richard Lyon Posted April 17 Report Share Posted April 17 I've paid this firm for the product. It doesn't work - it refuses to sync folders below a depth of 3 levels. When I enter the license ID in the support request form, it says it's invalid and refuses to submit the form. Is there any other way of contacting them?
