Accidentally deleted a file. Backup copy (encoded) is still available. Can it be undeleted?

I have accidentally deleted a file on my harddisk. I have a synced copy on a backup server, but the folder on the backup server is encoded/encrypted, i.e. key starts with "F...".

I have located the file on the backup server -> Archive -> the filename is something like "JH5LGXONKXHDNR...."

Is it possible to recover the file?
