joewang Posted June 28 Report Share Posted June 28 Has anyone experienced the Android app not going to sleep on its own? I recently noticed (though I'm not sure how long it's been happening) that Sync has been using significant battery in the background. In looking into the symptoms, it seems like the app is always in "Idle" and never sleeps on its own, even though I do have the option set to only wake every 30 minutes to sync. From my desktop, I can see my mobile device is always online, even though I'm expecting it to be offline while it sleeps? I'm using the latest version of Sync on Android 14.
