Sincronizzazione non automatica e cambia il nome ai file....

Buongiorno,

se provo a scattare delle nuove foto non sincronizzate non avvia il processo di sincronizzazione in automatico ma tocca farlo manualmente . E' normale? Oppure non trovo io la spunta giusta?

Inoltre le foto che si sincronizzano nella cartella PC/NAS vengono sostituite come nome file..... perchè ?
