Several malfunctions

I just started Resilio home pro with selective sync and 3 users and i see several problems.

I have it as server installed on DSM 7.2

1. When i create new directory in main directory of share on laptop 1, i have to go to server to accept sync. For one user it's not big deal, i can login to console and accept it, so there should be option to auto accept sync of files.

But with other users, i don't wan't to let then access to server console, because they have access to all shares are there and don't wan't them to ask me everytime to accept, but look at point 2, that makes even worst problem in the end.

2. Big bug i belive because of 1. When file or folder is not accepted from server side, on client side, so Laptop 1 it's marked as green so synced, so i wanted to disable syncing and clicked remove from this device and it just deleted that file from my local machine leaving rsls ghost file. VERY DANGEROUS.

3. On DSM i don't see files uploaded , so not yet accepted for sync, but i see them in Resilio console on list to accept, and THAT'S GOOD, but on windows client i see whole list of dirs in my working directory if they are synced or not. And that's not good. Better it would be if they are visible after we can accept them for sync from separate window, same as it's on Resilio DSM console.

For 1: What about doing share son the server and share them with clients? So they have to accept not you on their behalf

For 1.: Resilio Sync is not a user-defined, but a profile-defined software. The Advanced Folders enable convenient sync with known and familiar devices. Otherwise, standard folders must be used, then only the person who has the folder key can sync. If this is passed on, approval is required for the next recipient.

With selective sync, however, no differentiation is possible, in which case you would also have to work with the subdirectories, which is also possible.
