I'm not getting registration email for my new subscription

Hi.

I tried getting free Resilio subscription and found out it can't be delivered to my primary mail. I guess I can use GMail for that, though this was a surprise.

Just reporting an issue in case someone faced it too.

I've tried in three different browsers, but the form to request a new free license key doesn't work.

Filled in the ReCAPTCHA, accepted cookies, and made sure that Content Blockers were all deactivated, but no success!

Hi,

I tried to submit a support ticket [1] but I cannot submit the form. I assume because my license key is not accepted. I guess its "too old" its from 2015...

Still doesn't work. I asked for the logs and got this:

It looks like host o1.o1.resilio.com is just missing DNS entry, while rDNS is already properly set up.

Hi.

I'm finding the same thing.

I'm setting up a new Mac, completed the online form for a free license which is apparently to be emailed to me but nothing is received. Other emails arrive, just not from Resilio.

Is there a problem with the Resilio license service at the moment?

(I've used Resilio sync for many years and this is the first time an actual license has been required - I guess things have moved on since I last installed it from scratch 🙂)

I have the same problem. I tried several email adresses and never received the email to complete my registration.

So what do I do now? Please help!
