'no peers' shown after scanning QR code when setting up a new folder pairing

Recommended Posts

Hi, I have a Windows 11 laptop computer, and a Google Pixel 8 mobile phone. Both devices have Resilio Sync installed (using Android Studio on Windows to emulate) using version 2.8.1 (10353).

I want to create a folder pairing between my two devices, by scanning a QR code. Whenever I do this, it is successful (it can read the name of the folder, for example), but on the emulator then says 'no peers' (see screenshot). Both devices are connected to the same wifi network (no proxys), and have relay server, tracker server, and search LAN settings enabled. In the general app settings, UPnP port mapping is also enabled. I'm unsure how to access or generate log files but can provide these if you kindly let me know how. Please note that I have read the pinned thread "I've Encountered a Sync Issue. How Can I Get Help?" and followed this link, but it is broken currently: https://help.getsync.com/hc/en-us/articles/206664730-Collecting-debug-logs-

Thank you in advance for your help.
