Can't sync

Hi, my files won't sync between PC and phone.
It was all good when I was in China, and yesterday I came to England, after I linked both of them to the same Wi-Fi, somehow it didn't sync anymore. My PC shows my phone is offline, my phone shows my PC is offline, but they are both linked to the internet. How can I fix it? Thanks in advance!

Are there different versions in China due to their firewall? If so, I think you need to reinstall with official version from resilio and play store/app store.
