jamesmac
I have Sync installed on a Ubuntu Desktop LTS22.04 install and it was working perfectly. I noticed it had stopped working and saw it had auto-updated to v3 and was asking for a License. I signed up for a license, received the Resilio Sync.btskey and tried to apply it via the WebUI. After selecting the license file from the WebUI file browser > 'Open', nothing happens. I've stopped/started the rslync service, uninstalled, reinstalled with no success. The overlay remains and I can't access the webUI. I confirmed the key works by applying the key to an iPad, no issues. How do I get this working again? Alex_W
Such behavior is possible, if the folder with the license key file can be listed, but the file itself cannot be accessed by the user, that Sync runs under (usually "rslsync"). Please check the permissions of the license key file.
