Am i right in thinking that i can use Resilio encrypted folders for backup but not for DR?

From googling and seeing this link; 

It seems that if i set up a destination as an encrypted share, that's all good and well as backup ONLY.
But i cant think of it as a way to recover from "death" of the original server as i wont have the original database to hand

Well, you just need to save at least a "readable" key somewhere outside a server. Writing it on a piece of paper will help. Then when you lose a server you just fire up another node, add share there by that key and get your unencrypted data back.
