Deletable folder and files?

My macintosh ~/Library/Application Support/Resilio Sync folder contains, in addition to clearly current support files of various sorts:

a. a 1.5GB folder entitled sync-v3.0.0-<10 digits>.backup dated 9/23/24

b. lots of .db and -wal files of 5-10 MB dating back to 2019

Are these deletable (especially the very large .backup folder)?

.backup folders are created during upgrade of Sync. If the upgrade was successful and Sync is running good, say, for several days, the .backup folder can be deleted.
Other service files are better not touched manually.
