yousaf465
Is Peer Exchange enabled in Bittorrent Sync ? I would like selective file sync between Multiple PC on a same Lan network without requiring Intertnet.
kos13
Yes it is enabled. It will work without internet access.
mosch
What about selective file sync? Will I be able to skip some files for my sync? Or is is a container which I need to sync on the whole?
kos13
For now complete directory. Selective syncing will be added later. Not the most difficult part of the product

dd6905
So how is this now possible with 1.4 where in order to sync, you need to click on a link that requires internet eg https://link.getsync.com/?f=BTSync&blahblahblah I can still copy a r/w key, and send it to the other system, but there doesn't seem to be any way to add the peer without going through the getsync.com link. sorry, newbie here unable to get it working

However, in 1.4, you'll need to click Options (the cog icon) and then select "Enter a Key"
