How do i exclude all subfolders of a syncfolder generally?
So i sync the given folder but never any subfolders.

Please try to avoid cross posting - you only need to post your question once, and forum members will see it!
Sorry about that. Only opened a new thread because my question regarding dd-wrt in the other post was attached to a completely different topic, Thought no one would recognize it there.

I'm planning to get a D-Link DIR-300 router and use DD-WRT (linux-based os) on that device.
Since the router can work as a NAS, is it possible to run bittorrent sync on it?
The CPU seem to be a Atheros AR7161 or Atheros 9344.
As far as i know there's a normal bittorrent-client for that device running dd-wrt alredy available.

Qnap TS-659 Pro II is working fine.
Just unpacked and started.
No problems whatsoever.

I tried various expressions before, including the ones in your suggestion.
I always end up with empty subdirectories.
But what i would like is that there is even no creation of the subdirectories.
Funny thing is, even very odd expressions like ./ or ./* caused the same effect here:
subdirectories are created but no files in it.
