If you remove and then re-add a folder to BitTorrent Sync, it will be re-indexed, and assuming it was in-sync prior to removal, then after the re-indexing is complete, no files should need to be transferred again.
Nice! But does this implement, that the folder-setting / checkbox "delete files to Sync trash" is activated?

1.) I have the same issue for files (a whole subtree of around 1000 files) i deleted a few days ago.
2.) I have a renamed file that tries to sync almost every second with the old name (before the rename it was data.csv)

But in general all existing files are (still) in sync and the program acts fast and reliable.
Querstion:
Is there a way to re-initialize or cleanup the database without having to up/download everything again?
Thank you!

Any news on this? Would be awesome!
(As i use too many Apps with icon overlay handlers - i wouldn't even recognize if it was implemented in the latest version of btsync because of windows - for some stupid reason - can only handle around 12 icon overlays. But then i'd edit my registry and give the privilegues to the btsync icons )
See [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers\... for more details.
