I appologize in advance is there is a solution to this that I happened to not find.
So on PC-MASTER I created a folder that has it contents synced to other devices (Read Only).
When I make changes to files in this folder on PC-MASTER these changes are synced perfectly fine with my android device. However these changes are not sync with my windows machine(PC-WINDOWS).
PC-WINDOWS had no issue initially syncing all files from PC-MASTER.
PC-WINDOWS also has no issue syncing a Read-Write folder between itself and PC-MASTER.
Why are changes to a given file made on PC-MASTER not synced to PC-WINDOWS?
(The WebGUI on PC-MASTER shows it waiting to sync 41B)

I have noticed that changes to other changes to files made on PC-MASTER get applied to PC-WINDOWS.
There seems to only be an issue with this one file.
