If I have already *manually* paused syncing on a folder (or on every folder via the tray icon), then I don't need to see tray notifications telling me that a file in that folder can't be synced*.

Obviously I know that there's not going to be any syncing* done on a paused folder.

For me, in this case, the message is just annoying and a waste of time. I would love to have an option to turn off any notifications regarding paused folders.

    * I'm aware there are multiple parts to the "sync", eg indexing of newly generated files, that may still be happening, even though sync has been turned off. However, the popups do state "sync", and as such, are totally useless for me.

Those warning messages appears also when I am editing a file (working on a spreadsheet, a document, etc.) and it's obvious that it "Can't sync 'filename' File is locked by another application". They are very annoying and distracting...

  2. I know about Sync is not a cloud solution, but what I intended to mean was that the new "Google Drive File Stream" (that replaces Google Drive) does not work the same like local files. Google driver for this creates a map drive  G: and the files on it are not in the local PC. It resembles a network drive.

I am testing it and having some issues. Not all files are synced, some of them appears as locked ("file is busy") but they are not.
