[Readynas 2120 Bts Won't Start - New Install]

Hello all,

 

New to forum and new to BTS.  I'm trying a new install on my Readynas 2120.  When I try to turn on BTS I receive an error:

Application failed to initialize - 22002010000

 

and launch gives an:

unable to establish connection at (local-IP):7099

 

BTS app installed is version 1.4.103 and

Readynas firmware is the latest 6.2.2

 

Any help you can give is appreciated.
