You need to enable SSH access on ReadyNAS (System->Settings->Services), and then use any SSH client. I use PuTTy on myPC, but you can use any SSH client available for Mac.
1. connect
2. navigate to the folder where you copied BTSync, using command: cd <path> (example: cd /data/truesyncinstall )
3. unpack package using command: tar -zxvf BitTorrent-Sync_arm.tar.gz
4. run .executable file from list of unpacked files (I don't know exact filename, you can show files using command: ls )
Sorry, it's not a detailed, but indicative guide, as I'm not a power Linux user...

When will the versions for "other devices" (in my case Synology with Armada370 CPU) be released?
...and in my case: ReadyNAS 102?

Just uninstalled 1.4 again, then installed 2.052. Looks like it works (at least for now...).

Installed unofficial 2.052 version today, but could not start. Now even 1.4 from marketplace doesn't work properly... (no peers/out of sync).
@JoeJoomla
After re-install, I have same problem with 1.4 on Internet Explorer (white page), but it works OK in Opera.

I'm also waiting for ReadyNAS version...and I'm loosing patience.
'Coming soon' means everything, and nothing...

@nsne
Is it possible to install 2.0.85 over 2.0.52 without uninstalling first? I want to preserve my BT shared folders structure.
And, as I understand, I don't need to install 2.0.93 Linux Desktop Version (as I'm OK with 2.085)?
Thank you
