[Exclude file from Selective Sync without deleting it]

Hi all, I need the ability to sync an entire folder across multiple machines, but want Resilio to ignore syncing one of the files inside the folder and let each machine have a unique version of it. But the only option selective sync gives me is to Remove it from my machine  or  Remove it from all machines. I dont want to remove it, I just want Resilio to ignore it. Please advise.
