[After using the free version, do I have to re-install after a package purchase]

I am asking this for my brother, so my direct experience with Resilio is nill.

My brother's questions are:

After using the free version, do I have to re-install after a package purchase.  I am thinking of buying the Home Version.

- Do I have to re-install on all my devices

- Or is this a license entry effort on each device
