choodee Posted October 10, 2014 Report Share Posted October 10, 2014 Hello i replaced my laptop and copied over the synced data from my server to my laptop. I then recreated a new read only sync from my laptop (source) to the server (destination) pointing to the same location. The server realizes that the destination folder is not empty so it warns me that files will be overwritten. I am ok with this since the source and destination has the exact same files. Unfortunately, the read only sync stops mid way and says out of sync. Do I have to point to an empty destination folder on the server or is there a way for me to re-point back to the original destination on the server and have btsync just fill in the gaps? I also tried deleting the .sync folder from the destination before recreating the sync but that also fails. Any suggestions?
