Hi,

 

I installed BTSync and configured it with the dpkg-reconfigure command.

It is a more comfortable way of configuring it, but it has a major drawback.

 

The parameter that translates to sync_trash_ttl does not allow for values larger than 1 year or 0 ( which should keep my files forever ).

 

Is there an easy fix for this ?

 

I do know that I could change the .conf file manually, but that is overwritten at every update.
