How To Locate Updated Files & How To Delete Folders

Hello Sync Users,

 

Perhaps I'm being dumb but there are two apparently simple operations that I can't figure out how to do.

 

Firstly, somebody has updated a file in a folder underneath a shared folder. The history in the client view tells me the name of that file but not what folder it is in. How do I find files that have recently been updated? Dropbox gives a list of recently updated files which you can click on and go directly to that file. Is there something like that in the Sync client?

 

There are two folders in the sync list which shows as disconnected. These are folders that were shared once but are no longer. How do I remove them from the list? Right click does not produce a menu, if I select them and press delete nothing happens.
