Is there a way, or can a feature be added, to allow a full r/w sync, but prevent the folder tree itself from being deleted? I have files/folders that I'm frequently dropping to a BTSync, to be synced with another client, who then cuts/pasts the tree elsewhere. However, on my end, I'm usually dropping individual files into folders, and the client having deleted the tree by his cut/paste means I have to recreate the folder/tree each time on my end. I also run into trouble with a couple of apps that generate data, that goes between the two machines, as the client machine removed the tree, but the app that generates the data errors-out, because the destination folder is suddenly missing when it next runs, because the client has moved the folder/data where it's needed on his end. I want the client to be able to delete the files, so as to not clutter up my HD, but if there was an option to keep the tree itself, while allowing the files to be removed, that would be helpful in many situations, I'm sure.

Any of the devs or mods have a comment on this request?

This is a simple question - Can there be added, or is there a switch, to allow quite no-prompt update of the client? Basically I'm using BTSync on several family member's PCs in order to push photos and other items to their machines. But I get calls from them, or realize that some aren't getting the files as they're afraid to click things when something pops up they don't recognize, or they're just clicking the X to close the window, etc. A quite option would be great.

I am using a NAS, and have setup BTSync to hit several folders via UNC paths. This has been working fine for many weeks, but after the latest build, if I create a new folder under the share and then try to add the folder to BTSync, I immediately get the same error. (Cannot open Destination). Also, if I view the Folders tab of the application, looking at all of my existing folders which were working, under 'Size', they now all show the same error message As for the new folders, I am creating, not adding someone else's secret, so it's not an issue with the sync folder missing on their end. These are clean, empty folders that are under the same share as the existing BTSync folders that I am currently using/syncing. Any ideas? On the NAS I have full control (R/W) on the share, and I can go to the share and create / rename, place files, etc. so it's not an apparent permissions issue. I am also logged into the PC as the local admin account. This appears to be something introduced in the latest build, for sure.
