I'd really love to see this feature, and I was a little surprised when I tried it and it didn't work. There's an easy workaround, though. Just run a second instance of BitTorrent Sync on another user account (tested on Windows, would be even easier on Linux), and configure it to use the same secret on a different folder. Works fine, as far as I can tell.
