OptionalFTW

I'm on a 150mbps down 10mbps up connection, with no packet loss and low ping (I've pinged my friends computer just before doing this) and btsync is capping out at like 600-700 KB/s... and then falls down to the 100's. I set the cap to 900, nothing else is using my connection right now. Default settings in btsync except for setting the upload speed cap. Anything I can do here? The person who shares this folder is on an equally fast and stable connection.
