[Bitsync 1.4 Index.html Not Loading]

Having issues with a fresh install of BitTorrent Sync 1.4 on Server 2008 Standard 64-bit

 

Launching bitsync I get a blank/grey window - it doesn't load the index.html which I believe is supposed to bring up the license agreement.

 

This is what my sync.log says:

Can anyone help with this? The user I am logged in with is a local administrator.
