  1. Hmmm.. .well, Sync isn't, nor does it include, a media player, and so as such, Sync itself can't "play videos".

     

    Do you experience the same behavior if Sync isn't running on your device?

     

    Is it possible that you've perhaps turned the rotation lock on on your device?

    Sorry, I should have been more specific. The video are playing on iOS's system player.

    • Rotation lock isn't on, and other apps are able to play video in fullscreen when rotated. 
    • Other apps on my phone that use the system player also are able to play video in fullscreen when rotated.

    Does Sync have a landscape mode on iOS? Perhaps this is the problem.
