I'm from China. I use sync by shadowsocksR.

However, since yesterday, I haven't connected others.

the advanced folder have an additional authority, when I share advanced folder, what does it can do?

So yes, files are synced in real time, but there are cases when it may not happen immediately. 

there is another condition. if the name of the file is began with "~". it can not be  synchronized. for example: if one picture was named "~lsjlfj{}", it can not be  synchronized. the name should be modified to “lsjlfj{}”. then the picture can be synchronized

I use sync on the mobile phone and computer. if I revise something on the mobile phone(computer), will the computer(mobile phone) be  synchronized at the same time?
