I also have this issue, I sync files between two iMacs and an old MacPro tower which i use as a backup.
Sync seems to be stopping / not recognising new files. On the face of things it looks like it should be working, all folders have a green tick and the 2/2 peers are connected, yet new files appear to be missing.
Each computer is running the latest update of Resilio Sync
