  1. Error: Can't sync 'QXY' - Can't download file.

    Hi

    Since several months, my log shows several entries of the following error every day (around 3x per hour):

    Can't sync 'QXY'.
    Can't sync 'QXY'. - Can't download file.

    I had a look at the logfile and found the following entries:

    [20220309 22:13:39.951] SF[2718:29BC]: Error downloading file ".qsync/meta/qmeta2": ERROR_FILE_CHANGED
    [20220309 22:13:39.951] SF[2718:29BC]: torrent error: ERROR_FILE_CHANGED, system error: 0, description: Can't download /share/CACHEDEV2_DATA/QXY/.qsync/meta/qmeta2

    Can I just ignore these errors? Or can I do something about them?

  2. Listening Port and Direct Connection

    in Sync for NAS (Network Attached Storage)

    I searched in this forum and checked the page about ports, but it still won't work. I have two locations, a pfSense firewall and a QNAP NAS behind the firewall in each location: 

    Location A has the listening port set to 50001, location B has the listening port set to 50002. 

    pfSense A has a firewall and a NAT rule to allow/forward port 50001 UDP/TCP, location B has the same for 50002. 

     

    But still the file transfer between the locations only wirks with relay mode. Can anyone show me the error here?
