I had resilio sync app downlaod when i was using win 110. But when i switched back to win 11, I cant open it. Now uninstalled it and tried to download it from exe file, it says "its taking too long to shutdown resilio...pls try again," here's the screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/CNytjGn
