This is the normal method of stopping btsync so it will be fine.A poweroff without shutting down is never a good idea, however, 1.1.X versions should be more resilient against this because they're using a database to store their metadata. Versions 1.0.x and earlier are more likely to lose information about the current state of the sync because they only save (all of) their metadata every few minutes.
