HerrKaffeetrinken
Hello, I use BTSync for my work stations to sync some archives. However, I have a standard router from my DSL provider and it seems, that the number of connections that Btsync is using might crash the Wifi connection. I have to reconnect quite often since using BTSync.I tried the speed limit options and udp/tcp, but the connection keeps crashing. Is there any option to limit the number of connections BTSync is using for syncing between two PCs?Best regards
GreatMarko
Is there any option to limit the number of connections BTSync is using for syncing between two PCs?Whilst you can limit speed, you can't currently define/restrict the number of connections. However, assuming your computers are on the same LAN and can find each other, if you disable "LAN Search", DHT, Relay and Tracker options, this will significantly reduce the amount of connections that Sync will make. HerrKaffeetrinken
I tried the options, but is doesn't help unfortunatly. Not even with the 'use predefined hosts' option.
aw_
Some time has passed in the meantime...is there any plan for such an option? Especially on low power machines i would like to not have more than, say, 10 data transfer connections at a time.
