I am using BT Sync as a backup solution to backup my dad's office PC to my Windows Server 2012 box in my house There's about 20GB of files but for some reason, the sync has stopped at 1.4GB and I can't get it to start working again I can verify that both PCs are plugged into the internet. His PC also shows up in the "Devices" section. with 15.5GB and an arrow pointing down in the status The log was too big to upload here, so here's a WeTransfer link to the log! Harold Feit Posted September 28, 2013 Report Share Posted September 28, 2013 Trying to sync an entire windows user profile causes problems in that several files in it are constantly in use.You can't see the offending files normally because they're hidden by default. Also, your log went from 2.9mbyte down to 160kbyte just by running it through the windows "compressed folder" function (I used 7-zip to do it with the same format) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
