[Solved] Merging 2 Existing Folders

Hello all,

I've recently learned of BitTorrent Sync and it seems to fit my needs perfectly.

I have one question though - most if not all of the folders I want to sync currently exist on 2 different computers.

For the most part, the folder content is exactly the same, with the exception of some files that might have different versions on one of the machines.

The problem is, the newest version isn't always on the same computer - that is, some file might be newer on computer A and another, on the same folder, might be newer on computer B.

Before I begin syncing those folders, is there any way of making sure that the newest version of each file is preserved, regardless of its origin? (and so, regardless of which computer was added to sync first).

Make sure the timestamp on the files you want to keep is newer (normalized to one timezone)

Sync happens in both directions automatically.
