Connection & Download Speed Issues

I have a server that I am attempting to sync to. I have read only keys available for the information I need to download, usually about 200-300mb per file. I'm trying to sync to my windows 7 64bit machine.

I've confirmed my router has UPNP enabled properly, and checked it while BitSync is running to ensure the port in preferences was being handled properly by the router (Netgear R6200). Despite my best efforts I can not figure out why I am idling around 100-200kb/s download. Others are downloading from these keys at 4 to 6MB/s. I can download directly from the server manually at ~6MB/s, but attempting to use bit sync it totally slows to a crawl or won't download / sync at all.

My download is unlimited in bitsync and as far as I can tell the program is working properly. I'm not getting any error messages, just extremely slow speeds Any suggestions or thoughts as to what my be causing this?

I even tried putting my PC in DMZ to test it and that had no effect, disabled my AV, checked windows firewall etc.

Hi Osiris,

Have you checked the settings of your folder? It could be, that you experience slow speeds if you have the relay server enabled.Try disabling it, and maybe try to input known hosts in that share to see if speed issues could be resolved this way.

It was interesting, after unchecking use relay server where available, I started syncing at 6.8mb/s and I was thrilled. But as soon as that one file that was pending finished, it has yet to sync or download anything after that. Really thought that was going to be my overall solution. Everything else now just sits at 0.0 kB/s while others are syncing them fine.
