What Is Disclosed If You Enter The Wrong Pre-Defined Host?

Hi,

First of all, thanks to everyone who works on bit-torrent sync!  It has made my old backup routine (with lots of annoying to maintain scp based scripts) obsolete and my life much easier.

Anyway, I had a hypothetical question that I was wondering about and couldn't find an answer to. What would happen if you were working with public ip addresses and you added one to your pre-defined hosts but you made a misprint.  So Sync would be trying to connect to the wrong ip address and obviously it wouldn't work.... but would the computer that you were accidentally trying to connect to be able to capture information (maybe about the secret key) from the attempt?

Or in hypothetical terms - you enter B's ip address as a pre-defined host when you mean to enter A's. The connection to B fails.  But what can B learn about your Bit-Torrent Sync setup from the attempt?

This all seems rather unlikely but I am curious if anyone could explain what information (if any) would be compromised in such a situation.

Thanks!
