storx Posted January 28, 2014 Report Share Posted January 28, 2014 OK, I have a limited amount of experience with linux but i was able to install the arm version of Bittorrent Sync onto my WD MyCloud and created a folder through the IP address XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:8888. I placed a test file into it but how do i go about attaching this folder to a desktop or mobile device now? Sorry if this is something simple but i am confused... I have been using BitSync on my PC on 24/7 as a person cloud with alot of love but im tired of leaving my Gaming PC on 24/7 so i decided to purchase a MyCloud to use... RomanZ Posted January 29, 2014 Report Share Posted January 29, 2014 Hi storx, Now you need to set up BTSync on your PC or mobile device, add a folder to Sync and put the same secret you did on your MyCloud device.
