s24joe
Hi All,I seem to be having a problem syncing with my network drive. Even though I have the full secret from my Raspberry Pi pasted into my client, when I place files on my client device they do not sync up to the Raspberry Pi. Any changes I make on the Pi come down fine but not the other way around. BTSync has full permissions on the drive and I can't seem to find the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! RomanZ
Hi s24joe, Most likely you have issues with write permissions on your RPI device. I suggest checking the user which runs btsync process and sync folder permissions. If it does not help - Can I ask you to collect debug logs on both computers and drop to me for analysis? s24joe
Thanks for the quick response. It looks like the user running btsync is a group member with write access. I will collect debug logs and get back to you. Thanks again!
RomanZ
s24joe, I would also appreciate a console output for couple of commands, please perform second command in the same folder where your problematic sync is stored:ps aux | grep btsyncls -l Thanks!
