thalesac
I love this solution, but using a forum for wishlist, bug reporting, announces (changelog) is very counterproductive. It's very annoying to read dozens of threads just to discover which is the latest version.Do you guys already heard about github, bitbucket, redmine or something like that?Using this forum for such activity make you guys to seen as amauters. Please, consider using a professional tool asap.

Please, consider using a professional tool asap.Actually, bug reporting is encouraged through the dedicated Zendesk ticketing system - please see "If you have a SyncApp issue" (and in the case of the mobile apps, you can report bugs directly through the built in "Send Feedback" option too!)It's quite common for a software product's "changelog" to be posted to their forums - in our forums, the most recent Sync changelog is always "pinned" to the top of the General Discussion forum, so you don't have to "read dozens of threads just to discover which is the latest version" Given that Sync itself is developed in-house and isn't open source, there would be little point in using collaborative code repository sites like github, bitbucket, etc (there are some unofficial open-source projects related to Sync developed by members of the community that do use github, including Packaging of BitTorrent Sync for Debianoid operating systems and Bittorrent Sync indicator for linux desktops)Also, please do bear in mind that Sync is presently in "beta". During this phase of development, the team feel that having everything together in a central place - like the forums - is both a good way for users to interact with each other (for example, through the suggestion and discussion of new features/ideas in the dedicated Sync Wishlist forum, etc) but also for the team to interact with you guys too! (by providing updates, changelogs, and responding to questions, etc). More ways to interact may be introduced in the future once Sync leave beta, but for the time being, the forums and the email ticketing system are your best options for interacting with the team and for us to provide you with help/solutions/updates, etc
