User Groups

I want to be able to share some server drives with one team, and other drives with a different team.  I want to be able to share other drives to all teams in the company.

At the moment I have to explicitly share drives with each person. eg

I would like to have this (similar to Sharepoint user groups):

Sharing would simply be the following
