rcookerly
I'm trying to delete the Abjects folder (which I deleted on another computer), and the BitTorrent Sync folder in the screenshot below. When I highlight the folder and click the 3 vertical dots all the way to the right of each row, and try to click disconnect the menu disappears really fast. So I have to time it right where I click the 3 dots, and try to click disconnect really fast. Sometimes I get it and then I click disconnect but nothing happens. I tried closing the program and restarting it, I tried restarting my computer, and I tried uninstalling and re-installing with same issue. Is there a way to force delete folders on here? jjalbertine
I have the exact same issue. I'm considering deleting version 2 and going back to version 1.

I think I may do that also. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
rcookerly
I downgraded and works fine now. Stay away from 2.0! If anyone is interesting in downgrading, here is a good link: http://help.getsync.com/customer/portal/articles/1901257-how-to-downgrade-from-2-0-to-1-4-I uninstalled 2.0 and deleted some of the reference files and removed the remnants in the Registry using CCcleaner. I then re-installed 2.0. One interesting note. I wanted to share the files with my brother who is using 1.4 version. 2.0 doesn't have secrets, so it wouldn't work. But you can create a 1.4 sync folder in 2.0 by using holding the shift key down when pushing the Add folder. BTSync calls it a "Classic Folder." Then you can either sent the link to someone running 2.0 version or send the secret to someone running the 1.4 version. The folders are annotated with 1.4 on the thumbnail icon on the opening screen.
