anosci
My computer will BSOD at seemingly random, maybe once or twice per month.Upon finally digging through the crash dump, I found btsync.exe listed as the culprit, as seen on line 68 of the debug log:DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: WIN7_DRIVER_FAULT PROCESS_NAME: BTSync.exefull dump: http://pastebin.com/QZ0vfHErbtsync log, with ips and files redacted: http://pastebin.com/hUJc8eEk I was unable to find any more information on this, and I'm not sure what to do with this information, so I'm posting it to the forums. any help is appreciated! Guest proactiveservices
BTSync was the victim, not the cause. It was asking Windows to perform some file processes and Windows then attempted to access some memory to service the request. There was a fault with the information it tried to access and a bugcheck had to be raised, as Windows was unable to continue functioning in this state. anosci
oh dear. I guess this means that "ntkrnlmp.exe" was the culprit all along, which I should research further... I don't suppose you have any advice on what actions I should pursue next?
