Stuck On Warning Message "destination Folder Is Not Empty And Files Could Be Overwritten. Add Anyway?"

So I upgraded to the 2.0 btsync for my desktop. During the process, I made a few stupid things and (long story short) I started over by re-syncing each folder.

So my folders that I want to sync are, of course, not empty (actually, they are exactly the same since they were synced an hour ago). So when I use the folder-key to sync a folder from my Synology (using 2.0) to a folder on my desktop (now also 2.0), I get the warning message "Destination folder is not empty and files could be overwritten. Add anyway?". I can press "OK" a thousand time, the same message keeps coming. How can I pass that ?

Thanks for the help
