help_a_guy_out
Windows 7 (wired) - Sync 1.4.111Linux (wired) - Sync 2.0.93OS X 10.10.4 (wireless) - Sync 1.4.111iOS 8.4 (wireless) - Sync 2.0.29 I've entered the same key for all. Linux and Windows can see and sync against each other. Mac and iOS can see and sync against each other. But Apple and non-Apple devices cannot see or sync against each other, and they used to work without issues. I know iOS 8.4 and OS X 10.10.4 changed from discoveryd back to mDNSResponder. Does this have anything to do with it? Any other ideas? I've tried a reinstall of the iOS sync and Windows sync, but nothing changes. I also did briefly install the latest Sync 2.x on Windows and had the same issue and went back to Sync 1.4.x. Thanks. help_a_guy_out
I've entered the same key for all. Linux and Windows can see and sync against each other. I had tried restarting a device here and there, but finally restarted all devives more or less at the same time. All devices can see each other now it seems. So another question: any idea what caused this and how I can prevent it in the future? It caused a lot of unnecessary delay.
