JL41
Hello. I'm using Sync to continuously back up all my pictures and documents from one laptop (laptop 1) to another (laptop 2). Therefore it's important to me that all files are fully downloaded on laptop 2 in case laptop 1 dies. When I look at the synched backup folder on laptop 2 I see all my files with .bts extension. I can click on any file which seemingly triggers actual download of the file. Am I correct in my interpretation that my files on laptop 2 are not actually downloaded until I double click on them? If so, is there a way to force all files to always be downloaded automatically? Thank you. Edited July 29, 2015 by JL41
GreatMarko
You'll need to enable "Sync All". With "Sync All" turned off, you'll get selective sync, whereby files appear as.bts placeholders and only transfer content when double-clicked.
