Can't Set Advanced Preferences From Config File (Btsync 2.2.6)

I can't seem to update the command Advanced Preference settings on win x64 using 2.2.6

Here is my command line
"C:\Users\John\AppData\Roaming\BitTorrent Sync\BTSync.exe" /config "C:\Users\John\Downloads\sample.conf"

Here is the tail of sample.conf
,"disk_low_priority" : false
,"peer_expiration_days" : 99999
}

No json parsing errors are displayed.

After executing the command line, I do not see these Advanced settings changed.

The correct syntax of the config file is the following

 

 

      ,"peer_expiration_days" : 9999,

      "disk_low_priority" : false

 

}
