spivoler
Hi, I am encountering an issue with file permissions in my local btsync folder. All the files got synced from btsync server side have "executable" as their default ("-rwxrwx---"). That's actually a bit annoying if I want to work with git folders, since git would always report things like "changed file mode". I am not sure if I made my question clear enough for you guys. Does anyone have idea? I can work around this specific problem by disabling mode check in git. But still that is very weird to have all other files in my local btsync folder executable as default. Thanks for any help.
spivoler
Sorry guys, after working a bunch on this, I figured out that it is not the issue of btsync. It's just the matter of 7z on windows that it cannot preserve file modes. Sorry that someone has to clean this thread.
