I understand that Sync can be run on schedule, and therefore paused temporarily, meaning that the upload/download rates can be set to zero at an assigned schedule: https://help.resilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/210783266-Running-Sync-on-schedule- However, when Synch is paused, file's deletion is synced anyway.
